The weather conditions are extremely well adapted for paragliding. The way the valleys around are organised and placed and the location in France is protecting from the main strong winds that you can find in other parts of France like south of the alps, the pyrénées. These winds you may know like « le mistral, la Bise ». The reliefs are smooth, contrary to Chamonix for example where every ridge is sharp. The valleys are wide so that the valley breeze of the afternoon is not too strong, the thermals are gentle, what make comfortable condition for a first time- passenger. Stop hesitating and dare it.

You’ll meet a real teamof friends. We are four associated instructors, who created their own way to work like they want and how they like it. We are not employees ofa paragliding school.

There is no Boss or headmaster at airmax, it is us four sharing the different tasks of organization.
The will to make things right is also going with the people welcoming you on our chalet at Col de la Forclaz, Michelle and Typhaine, of great worth and that we take care of.

Of course, the instructors, you will fly with are all professional, certified,with at least 15 years of experience.

Pierre Olivier Bey

30 years of experience, family father, snowboard and ski instructor. He enjoys anything that glides, in the air, on snow, on water. Distinctive sign: the higher,the better.Calm, he we’ll do his best to give you confidence.

Ludovic Sivignon

Instructor certified since 2004, family father, Ludo is also ski instructor and headmaster of the ski school ESI La Clusaz. He practices kitesurf, mountaineering, competition, aerobatics, it has to move! His passion of flying has leaded him to the top level, (member of the French paragliding national team during 9 years.) He has always done the maximum to share his passion.

Vincent Genest

Vincent discovered paragliding at the age of 21, he is the eldest of the team!but still fresh and fit. Touching everything that flies and soar. Paragliding all year round, in winter in Courchevel and in Annecy in summer. He represent the quiet strength.

Alexis Raymond

He flies since 1999, certified since 2007, family father, and also ski and snowboard instructor in la Clusaz. He enjoys doing aerobatics, climb in the mountains with a paragliding backpack. What he prefers is flying and sharing it with somebody else. He will do his best to make you feel good, nice and safe.

Jérémry Lager

THe high performance one, World champion in 2013, Quiet but efficient...publi enemy number 1 ,TH ebirds of pray living around want him down ! Jeremy will have you living a great experience !

Sébastien

Seasonal worker in a ski resort, and for a long time in the paragliding business !!, He lives nearby and knows the turny road quite well, He's there by your side, on the driver's sit to share that moment with you.

Thalie is a welcoming professionnal. Very, very, very much of experience (she'll love that....) Int he world of ski resort in la clusaz during winter. Smiling and chatting a lot she'll like telling you hox good and quiet an nice it is to fly for the first time

Moniteur de ski et parapente diplômé depuis 20 ans, passionné des activités de plein air. Toujours souriant et de bonne humeur. Sa passion du vol au dessus de la région est inépuisable, Il saura vous en faire profiter. Durant l'hiver, retrouvez le sur les pistes du Grand Bornand, où il supervise une école de ski, prêt à vous enseigner le ski alpin, le speed-riding ou encore le ski de randonnée.
